LABOUR per Minute € 3,00 + SPARE PARTS

On account of the lack of cost-effectiveness all other articles will not be accepted for repair.

CONDITIONS FOR REPAIRS:

Complaints will only be accepted when accompanied by a valid receipt of payment.

Repairs will only be accepted once the pre-payment of the analysis of cost-effectiveness (see Repair Price List) has been received. They will be carried out up to a value amounting to 2/3 of the price of a new article or to an upper limit the customer desires.
Damages caused by external causes or faults in maintenance will not be accepted as complaints and an estimate will be offered.

Delivery by post will be made following pre-payment or cash on delivery (Nachnahme). The postal costs will be invoiced. Complaints will only be accepted within 8 days of receipt of the goods.

Transport damages must be reported to the post or railway service immediately after receipt of the package. We accept no liability for such damages.
Products which are over 20 years old or which the customer has altered in some way we will only accept without liability and the responsibility for the product remains with the customer.

We accept no liability consequential damage.

Engines, transformers and turntables are excluded from exchange.

* The reversal of polarity of old Kleinbahn motors is no longer possible !!!
* We will only accept Transformers with the golden KLEINBAHN Logo !!!

Repairs, costing more than 2/3 of the price of the new product are considered not cost-effective.
